I lead UX strategy and collaborate with partners in launching and growing 0-1 products to deliver experiences that users love.

About me and the work

I’ve been at Qualtrics since December 2019, growing from a mid-level designer into a design and group UX lead.

I’ve been mentoring a team of designers for 3+ years. I work strategically with Product and Engineering partners to ensure that new products solve the right customer problems and that users of newly launched products actualize expected value to ensure adoption.

Much of the work shown here is not mine to share publicly, and as a result, each case study is password-protected.

Please reach out if you’re interested in learning more about my work on these projects. Sorry for the inconvenience.
